Handling:
Our meat products are flash frozen for convenience and to extend self life. Handle the meat as you would any other frozen product. Mark the product with the date of purchase and make sure it is tightly wrapped to prevent freezer burn.
Thawing:
We recommend that you keep your alligator meat in the freezer of up to 4 months and thaw it overnight in the refrigerator.
